Craft Workshop Cancellations
We understand things happen and plans change. Therefore, unless otherwise stated in writing, refunds for cancellations will be processed in accordance with the following…
- 7 days or more before the event date – 100% refund
- 3 – 6 days before the event date – 50% refund
- 0-48 hours before the event date – 0% refund
Unfortunately orders for workshop places are non-transferrable and we are unable to change the dates once purchased, we are only able to offer refunds as per above. Cancellations must be sent via email [email protected] in order for us to process them.
In the unlikely event that we cancel the event, you will be entitled to a full refund of your purchase price, but not any incurred costs associated with your planned attendance.
